CONTROL Resonant (Remedy Entertainment)
Remedy Entertainment will showcase CONTROL Resonant at gamescom, allowing the public to play the highly anticipated sequel for the first time. Attendees can visit the Level Infinite booth to experience the action RPG before its worldwide release on September 24, 2026.
CONTROL Resonant is the sequel to Control, set to release on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC. Players assume the role of Dylan Faden in a paranaturally altered Manhattan, utilizing supernatural abilities and a shape-shifting melee weapon to engage in rapid combat against threats like the Hiss and the Mold.

Visitors to Gamescom can play Dune: Awakening on console for the first time, exploring the open world survival game set in the vast and unforgiving world of Arrakis, featuring unique exploration and crafting systems.

Hunt: Showdown 1896, an extraction shooter that mixes survival horror with competitive bounty hunting, will be featured at Gamescom 2026.
