Huawei Philippines finally announces pre-order status for their newest HUAWEI nova 9, a lite version of the HUAWEI P50 Series.
Designed for the youth that love taking photos and sharing video content, the new nova phone is expected to redefine mobile content creation. It is equipped with a flagship-level 50MP RYYB Ultra Vision Camera, and features innovative technology such as Super Device, HUAWEI Super Charge, and more.
High-Quality 50MP RYYB Ultra Vision Camera
Its 50MP quad-camera system capture stories with high-quality images and almost pro-grade clarity. Whether it be night photos, panoramas, portraits, or close-ups. The new nova phone inherits two technologies from the HUAWEI Mate series and P flagship series. These are the RYYB color Filter Array and XD Fusion Engine which makes the picture clearer and sharper. The device is also able to carry 4K Selfie Video, Continuous Font and Rear Recording, and Dual View Video.
The rear camera system is composed of a 50MP Ultra Vision Camera, an 8MP Ultra Wide Angle Camera, a 4cm Macro Camera, and a Depth Camera. It includes a large 1/1.56-inch sensor and an RYYB CFA with high light sensitivity. This collects 40% more light compared to standard RGGB sensor, allowing for capturing exquisite photos and videos even in low light conditions. XD Fusion Engine uses sophisticated computational photography techniques to greatly enhance image detail and quality. AI Snapshot recognition is also supported to maintain clarity when capturing memorable moments.
The Huawei nova 9 also feature a 32MP High-Res Front Camera. Similar to the rear camera, it also supports 4K video capture and AIS Video Stabilization. This allow users to capture high-definition footage of themselves as they talk to the camera.
Thanks to Front & Rear Video Recording, users can also switch between the front and rear cameras. Dual-View Video recording allows users to showcase their live reaction to events. It simultaneously uses the front and rear cameras with no editing required. And with Petal Clip app, users can easily choose from a variety of video templates and themes before posting their vlogs and other videos.

HUAWEI’s new nova device has a stunning 6.57-inch 1.07 Billion Original Colour Display with a tapered surface. It can display 1.07 billion colors, and feature a 120Hz refresh rate and 300Hz touch sampling rate. Combined with support for Full-Path P3 Colour, it ensures spectacular viewing experiences with smooth visuals, vivid colors, and incredible details.
The device stands to impress with a unique color and measurement of only 7.77mm thickness with a weight of 175g. It introduces a new Starry Blue colorway that adds a unique texture to the chassis and highlights the iconic camera module. This gives it greater visual emphasis.

Intelligent Connectivity
Controlling multiple devices at once is as easy as controlling just one single device thanks to Super Device. It enables users to easily control or set up multi-device collaboration with other HUAWEI devices. These devices include the HUAWEI Vision, FreeBuds, MatePad, and MateBook. For example, users can tap on the MatePad icon to activate Smartphone-Tablet Multi-screen Collaboration. Another example is tapping the MateBook icon for Smarthphone-PC Multi-screen Collaboration. Users can also tap the FreeBuds icon to seamlessly switch their audio output to their Huawei earbuds.

The HUAWEI nova 9 will come in two vibrant colors; premium-looking Black, and the eye-catching Starry Blue. It is now open for pre-order until November 25, 2021 for ₱23,999. Customers who pre-order the device will also get a FREE HUAWEI FreeLace worth ₱3,490 and HUAWEI Cloud benefits worth ₱9,449. Customers may pre-order the new device via HUAWEI Experience Stores nationwide, as well as the HUAWEI Online Store, and its flagship stores on Shopee and Lazada.
