Peak Performance in an Ultra-Thin Design
The new Galaxy Tab series offers a powerful performance and extended battery life in a sleek 5.1mm design. The Galaxy Tab S12 Ultra is Samsung’s thinnest tablet yet, ensuring productivity throughout the day. Users can easily engage in online courses or work exercises on the large screen, whether during a commute or at a café.
Both models provide long-lasting battery performance, lasting up to 23 hours on the Galaxy Tab S12 Ultra and 21 hours on the Galaxy Tab S12+. They recharge fully in approximately 95 minutes with a 45W adapter, minimizing downtime for users.
Beyond exceptional battery life, the Galaxy Tab S12 series stands out for its powerful performance. It features a cutting-edge 3nm processor that significantly enhances efficiency, offering 61% faster NPU processing, 19% faster CPU performance, and 17% improved GPU power compared to its predecessor, the Galaxy Tab S11 Ultra. This allows users to handle demanding tasks swiftly, maintaining responsiveness during activities such as rendering creative projects or multitasking during lectures.
A newly designed 3D Vapor Chamber efficiently dissipates heat. This ensures reliable performance during demanding tasks like video editing and graphic design. It is engineered for resilience and durability, featuring IP68-rated water and dust resistance, providing users with peace of mind.
The series is also designed for expansive viewing, featuring the Tab S12 Ultra with a 14.6-inch display and the Tab S12+ with a 12.6-inch display and slimmer bezels. Both models boast Dynamic AMOLED 2X displays with peak brightness up to 1,600 nits, providing vivid visuals. The enhanced Vision Booster technology adjusts brightness in real time for optimal viewing comfort.
Sound is significantly enhanced as well with 4-channel spatial audio. This offers a richer and more immersive experience for streaming, tutorials, or editing.
Making Everyday Tasks More Intuitive and Effortless
Building on a strong hardware foundation, the Tab S12 series features a large screen that serves as a versatile workspace, enhancing multitasking. It operates on Android 17 with One UI 9 and incorporates advanced Galaxy AI, facilitating research, note-taking, creation, and AI assistance in a unified platform, empowering users to explore ideas and apply their knowledge effectively.
Users of the new devices can utilize the immersive screen to split their display into three sections in Multi Window layout. This allows for activities like taking notes in Samsung Notes while watching a lecture and using an AI assistant simultaneously. Users can note key points with the S Pen in Samsung Notes, and Note Assist summarizes their notes without interrupting the lecture.
Both models include an ergonomic S Pen for precise input during note-taking, annotation, and sketching. The Pro Keyboard enhances productivity with its premium aluminum design and Galaxy AI Key for quick access to AI assistants. In contrast, the Book Cover Keyboard Slim provides flexibility with comfortable viewing angles and an easy typing experience.
The Galaxy Tab S12 series enables users to consolidate information and receive real-time assistance via a six-month trial of Google AI Pro. This offers immediate access to advanced AI models, allowing users to inquire about unclear topics and explore subjects of interest. The Gemini Notebook feature allows for the integration of notes, images, recordings, and files in one workspace, facilitating the creation of summaries, podcasts, and quizzes for better comprehension of key information.
