PayMaya x hirna partners to equip the latter’s partner drivers with the ability to accept cashless payments to promote a safer and convenient commute.

hirna is a ride-hailing app currently available in Davao, Iloilo, Butuan, and Bacolod. Now you can book rides on the app and pay using PayMaya QR. through the PayMaya x hirna partnership, the contactless payment to the driver also helps in preventing the spread of COVID-19.

hirna and its partner-drivers are one of the first transportation service providers that Paymaya is empowering with digital payment capabilities. Drivers can instantly begin accepting cashless payments through PayMaya QR by installing the PayMaya Negosyo app ( on their phones, where they only need to register and upload a valid ID in order to apply for an account and receive a QR code in as fast as 24 hours.

With the PayMaya Negosyo, the drivers can have their own QR code that can be scanned by their passengers for safe, contactless payments. They also get a digital financial account specifically built for micro entrepreneurs, with higher account limits and other features helpful for business.
