ASUS Philippines just launched the world’s lightest 14-inch business laptop, the ASUS ExpertBook B9, and the ProArt StudioBook line-up.

ASUS ExpertBook B9 (B9450)
The B9 is the world’s lightest 14-inch business laptop, weighing at just 870 grams with a 14.99 mm thin profile. It has a frameless four-sided NanoEdge display allowing a 14-inch panel to fit into a standard 13-inch laptop chassis with an astounding 94% screen-to-body ratio. Though it has a small form factor, you can expect long-lasting battery life from it, delivering up to an impressive 24 hours of runtime.
Designed for business professionals, the B9 is equipped with up to 10th Gen Intel Core processor, dual-storage design with two ultrafast 2TB PCIe 3.0 x4 SSDs, and up to 16GB of RAM next-gen connectivity with Wi-Fi 6. It also has a full range of input/output options including two Thunderbolt 3, HDMI ports, and an exclusive ASUS NumberPad 2.0 built into the touchpad. To keep business-critical data safe, it has an integrated Trusted Platform Module 2.0 (TPM) security chip, while a built-in IR camera allows for biometric logins, and integrated privacy shield that simply slides over the webcam for privacy.
ASUS ProArt StudioBook One
The ProArt StudioBook One is currently the only laptop to feature an NVIDIA Quadro RTX 6000 with 24 GB of VRAM, and a 9th generation Intel Core i9 processor. The NVIDIA Quadro RTX 6000 GPU provides more CUDA, RT, and Tensor cores. This enables real time viewing of environmental shading and light effects, with ultrasmooth and ultrafast rendering of animations, effortless video editing, and efficient data crunching.
It also sports a 4K UHD PANTONE Validated display with edge-to-edge Corning Gorilla Glass 5. With an 84% screen-to-body ratio, it provides immersive visuals, while the wide 100% Adobe RGB color gamut and Delta E value of less than 1.0.
Lastly, it has a powerful cooling system featuring a lightweight, aerospace grade titanium-alloy thermal module designed to optimize inlet and exhaust flow.
ASUS ProArt StudioBook Pro X
The ProArt StudioBook Pro X is equipped with a NVIDIA Quadro RTX 5000, allowing users to edit and render multilayered files easily. It is also equipped with a 9th generation Intel Xeon or Intel Core i7 hexa-core processor to handle complex, multithreaded applications.
Also equipped with a NanoEdge display, it has a 92% screen-to-body ratio. At 16:10 aspect, the PANTONE Validated panel provides 25% more onscreen working area compared to a standard 16:9 aspect ratio display. The device also features the ASUS ScreenPad 2.0, an interactive secondary touchscreen. Toolbars and reference files can be moved down to ScreenPad, allowing for more usable screen area on the display, while keeping the necessary tools and functions in view.
The Pro X has an HDMI 2.0 and two USB Type-C ports with Thunderbolt 3 support. This means that the Pro X is capable of supporting up to three external displays. This version of Thunderbolt 3 utilizes Intel’s latest Titan Ridge JHL7340 controller, which is compatible with DisplayPort 1.4, and allows output to supported 8K displays.
ASUS ProArt StudioBook Pro 15
StudioBook Pro 15 (W500) also feature an NVIDIA Quadro RTX 5000 Max-Q graphics, while the StudioBook Pro 15 (H500) has a GeForce RTX 2060 graphics. The two variants cater to different creators, and both models deliver exceptional performance, easily tackling graphics intensive tasks such as 3D rendering, video editing and content creation.
The device is also equipped with a 9th generation Intel Core i7 processor. As well as a PANTONE Validated display. The 4K UHD panels used deliver four times the resolution of FHD for crisper, more detailed imagery. In addition, color-calibration technology automatically adjusts display brightness and settings.
ASUS ProArt StudioBook Pro 17
The StudioBook Pro 17 is equipped with a Xeon or Core i7 processor, as well as an NVIDA Quadro RTX 3000 Max-Q or GeForce RTX 2060 graphics. These GPUs are primed for professional applications and power efficiency, perfect for design, 3D rendering, simulations, or complex scientific calculations. Both models support up to 64 GB of RAM, and two PCIe SSDs in a CPU-attached RAID0 setup.
The Pro 17 measures just at 382 x 286 x 18.4 mm, the thinnest to have a Quadro RTX or GeForce RTX graphics. It also weighs at 2.39 kg. Its backlit keyboard features 1.4 mm of key travel for comfortable typing, and uses textured arrow keys that are easy to find by feel. Shortcut keys improve efficiency, while a camera hotkey turns the HD webcam on and off. A tap on the right corner of the touchpad activates the discreet NumberPad, an illuminated digital keypad that makes light work of inputting numbers or calculations.
