The first Alcatel concept store in the country just formally opened last December 8, 2016 at the 3rd floor of Gaisano Mall, Davao City.
The day started off with the store’s blessing and proceeded to the ribbon cutting and a quick tour around it and some introduction to their devices, such as their Pixi4 line of phones, phablets, and tablets.
The most notable devices, however, are the Shine Lite, Pixi4 Plus Power, and the Move Time.
Alcatel Shine Lite
The Shine Lite is a very affordable midrange phone with a stylish design. It is equipped with a 5” display, 13MP rear cam, 5MP front cam, 2GB of RAM, 16GB of storage, and a 2460mAh battery. It is priced at Php 9999 and comes in Satin Gold, Pure White, and Prime Black.
Alcatel Pixi4 Plus Power
One of their Pixi4 line, the Plus Power comes equipped with a 5.5” display, 8MP rear cam, 5MP front cam, 1GB RAM, and 8GB of storage. It also has a 5000mAh battery which makes the device last for a whole while and it also features a Charging Out function which lets it charge other devices via USB OTG. It is priced at Php 5999 and comes in 3 colors, Volcano Black, Tango red, and Tango Red & Pure White.
Alcatel Move Time
The Move Time is not your typical smartwatch. For one thing, it is designed for kids. It is a device that constantly link parents to their children. It lets the parent track their child via an app if the child would get lost. It features an alarm if the child would go beyond a safe zone you set. It is Sim enabled which can accept calls and voice messages, an emergency button, water and dust resistant, and has a long standby time of up to 4 days. It is priced a Php 2999.
The opening of the store here in Davao City will also follow the establishment of 6 kiosks around the country, namely in SM Megamall, SM Pampanga, SM Fairview, SM MOA, SM Cebu, and SM Manila.
