The P50 Pocket adopts the more precise and refined water-drop shaped design hinge technology. It also features the all-new multi-dimensional hinge design that is unique to the industry. In addition, Huawei’s hinge development team has analyzed all previous hinge mechanisms. They also conducted multi-round and multi-directional explorations and verifications with global R&D experts. They eventually selected the “Multi-Directional Linkage Lifting Design”. This solution ingeniously minimizes the width of the hinge by making most of its thickness. This also allows for a gapless folding on a thinner phone that is more comfortable to hold. At the same time, it minimizes the bend creases, ensuring a flawless and flat surface when the phone is unfolded.

The HUAWEI P50 Pocket is now available for purchase at the HUAWEI Experience Store near you or on the Huawei Online Store, and its flagship stores on Shopee and Lazada. It will come in two variants: the premium edition in Gold which retails for ₱89,999, and the White edition which retails for ₱69,999.
