ASUS Republic of Gamers Philippines Announces ROG Premium Care

  1. ASUS ROG Philippines just launched their all-in premium extensive maintenance service for gaming laptops, the ROG Premium Care.

This service applies to all ASUS gaming laptops purchased in the Philippines. Customers with ROG and FX series gaming notebooks will have direct access to an ASUS technical expert from selected Authorized Service Partner for diagnosis and preventive maintenance.

The ROG Premium Care program will cover all notebooks that have 24-month warranty as long as the notebook is purchased through authorized local resellers in the Philippines. And as long as the warranty is not void. ASUS will offer several service options like extending the length of your standard warranty, and even on-site repair privilege.

The 9-Step ROG Premium Care Maintenance Program

ROG and FX series notebook users who’ll avail the maintenance program will have their devices undergo the following preventive maintenance steps:

  1. Over-All System Diagnosis
  2. Thermal Compound Re-pasting
  3. Fan/Air Vent Cleaning
  4. Memory “golden pins” cleaning
  5. Keyboard Cleaning
  6. Cosmetics Part Cleaning
  7. LCD Cleaning
  8. Recommendations
  9. Final Over-All System Check-Up

To provide cooling compound for re-pasting, ASUS Republic of Gamers have partnered with Cooler Master. They will provide the cooling compound for the CPU and GPU to prevent the system from damage usually caused by abnormal temperatures.

The first phase of the maintenance program will start on November 2017. It will be supported by ASUS Authorized Service Partners from different regions of the country.
