ASUS Republic of Gamers Philippines has officially launched the much anticipated ROG Phone 6 here in the Philippines.

The ROG Phone 6 Series – Power of a True King
The ROG Phone 6 series will be the first phones arriving in the Philippines that is powered by the Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 Mobile Platform. It’s the latest powerhouse from Qualcomm that has up to 50% better performance compared to the ROG Phone 5. In also has up to 18GB of LPDDR5 RAM and 512GB of ultrafast UFS 3.1 storage.
They are also equipped with a 6.78-inch 165Hz AMOLED HDR10+ display. The display also features an industry-leading 720Hz touch sampling rate and 23ms ultra-low touch latency. Its refresh rate options can be set to 60Hz, 90Hz, 120Hz, 144Hz, or 165Hz. This allow users to balance between smooth gameplay and longer battery life.
A gaming phone also needs better cooling. And the new mobile gaming device comes with a new and improved GameCool 6 cooling system. The device also includes an advanced 360° CPU cooling technology. It has a 305 larger vapor chamber and 2 much larger graphite sheets cooling the centered-CPU design. The new ROG Phone also allows users to tweak performance via the Amoury Crate.
Equipped with GameFX dual speaker audio system, the ROG Phone 6 has excellent balanced stereo sound effects. This system was made in collaboration with Dirac, one of the pioneers of digital audio. Snapdragon Sound technology also ensures super-low latency gaming and lossless music streaming.
For long lasting gaming sessions, the device sports a massive 6,000 mAh battery. It also features additional software tweaks for better battery performance and an extended lifespan. It will also come with a 65W HyperCharge adapter for rapid charging. Lastly, the device also sports an improved triple-camera system that now features a Sony IMX766 50MP main wide-angle camera with improved image quality and HDR processing for reliable photos and unforgettable moments.
An Array of Accessories for an Array of Games
The all-new AeroActive Cooler 6 is now an AI-powered thermoelectric accessory. It cools hotspots by up to an incredible 25°C. It also improves the gameplay experience by adding four extra buttons at the back.
ROG Kunai 3 gamepad is also making its return, now with a Moonlight White option. It allows mobile gamers to experience console-like gaming on their mobile phone. The gamepad can also connect the phone itself via the special case, or via Bluetooth like other gamepads.
Price and Availability
The new gaming phone series comes in two models: the ROG Phone 6 and ROG Phone 6 Pro. The devices will be available for purchase starting at Php 47,995 and will come in Phantom Black and Storm White. They are now available for pre-order at select ASUS/ROG Concept Stores and multi-brand dealer stores. It will also come with an Aero Active Cooler 6 worth Php 4,995 as its pre-order bundle.
