realme Philippines has just announced that the realme C55 will be arriving here in the Philippines on April 18, 2023.
The brand is once again setting up to disrupt the entry-level smartphone market with fresh-looking unique designs. This latest addition to the C-Series lineup is also the first globally mass-produced Android smartphone to feature the Mini Capsule.

realme C55 – The Stylish Champion
The new device promises to bring in strategic upgrades to the C-Series that go beyond expectations, aiming to level up the user experience. And realme is making a bold breakthrough by introducing Android’s firs Mini Capsule. This feature is wrapped around the punch-hole of the selfie camera cutout. Expanding animation is formed into a capsule to help track Charging and Battery Status, Data Cap Usage, as well as Step Tracking.
In addition, the device is also the thinnest C-Series phone up to date with a 7.89mm Ultra Slim Design. It also features a squared off, boxier design as compared to the realme C33 and realme C35. This enables for a more stable and comfortable grip and in-hand feeling.
When it comes to display, it boasts the largest display on a realme C-Series. It sports a 6.7-inch FHD+ resolution, improved from previous iterations excluding the realme C35. Moreover, it will be the first to utilize a 90Hz refresh rate from the lineup.
The realme C55 will sport a modern aesthetic design that comes in 3 stunning colors: Sunshower, Rainy Night, and Rainforest. It will also be available in 2 variants: 6GB+128GB, and 8GB+256GB.
