Open Access BPO is a global outsourcing company that provides high-quality customer and technical support services. And they’re now launching in Davao City.
Some of their services is Content Moderation, Customer Support, as well as Multilingual Call Center Solutions. The company already have operations facilities in Makati and Taipei. And as of August 11, 2015, they’ve officially opened their doors to Davaoeños.

The press briefing was held at Huckleberry Southern Kitchen and Bar. We were then given a little background about the company and the reasons why they chose Davao to expand. The short infographic below sums up most of it.
The Open Access BPO office is spacious and explains that employees would not feel like being in a prison while working here. The office is estimated to accommodate around 180 employees and expansion are still under consideration.
