The new HUAWEI MateBook 14s 2021 with Mobile App Engine is now up for preorder in the Philippines until November 11, 2021.
Tagged as HUAWEI’s very first Laptop+, the MateBook 14s is a premium laptop that boasts top-notch technology. This include a 2.5K HUAWEI FullView Display with 10-point multi-touch capability, 90Hz Refresh Rate, fresh Spruce Green colorway, and HUAWEI’s very own Mobile App Engine.
Immersive and Interactive Display
The new MateBook’s immersive HUAWEI FullView Display has a 90% screen-to-body ratio and a 3:2 productivity aspect ratio. This allows the screen to show more content vertically.
Interaction with the screen and its apps are also a breeze thanks to its 10-point multi-touch support. Navigating through the laptop can also be easily done with just a single tap. And reviewing documents is more convenient through gestures like zooming in and out, as well as screen grabbing.
High Refresh Rate and Resolution
The device’s display comes with a 90Hz refresh rate, which is very useful to professionals that delved in motion graphics and design. It allows for animations to be smoother and seem more fluid, as well as makes for smooth content browsing.
Users will also be able to toggle between 90Hz and 60Hz instantly. They can choose 90Hz for smoother visuals, and 60Hz for power-saving performance. This can be toggled by simultaneously pressing the Fn key and R key. The high refresh rate is also complemented by the laptop’s 2.5K resolution which elevates the overall screen display. This makes it more vivid and accurate.

Price and Availability
The HUAWEI MateBook 14s 2021 is currently on pre-order until November 11, 2021. It will come in two variants: i5 and i7 Intel Evo Platform. Both variants will have a price tag of ₱68,999 and ₱89,999 respectively.
During the pre-order period, the Laptop+ will be coming with a freebie bundle worth ₱11,498. The bundle will consist of a FreeBuds Pro and Microsoft 365.
