You can now directly create and share a Facebook Slideshow status update in the Facebook Mobile App. Have you tried it? Here’s how.
Last year, Facebook has been testing out a Slideshow feature for their mobile app. It was a feature from their standalone photo app Moments. But now, you can directly create and share it directly from your Facebook status update.

The Slideshow option can be found when you update your status.
To create a Slideshow, you need to choose at least 3 pictures.

Then choose from the different music/theme provided.
And lastly write a title for the slideshow you’ve created. You can also tag your friends on the upper-right icon and they will appear at the end of the slideshow.

You can check out the Facebook Slideshow I’ve made below.

Facebook wants us to share more photos on the platform and Slideshow will certainly be a hit among users. The company is making a big step here towards its campaign to make the social network a video-first destination.
Unfortunately though, it is only still available to a few users. But it should roll out to the rest in the next couple of weeks.
