Brother Philippines recently opened the new and improved Brother Davao Office to deliver exceptional customer service.
The upgraded facility is now located at G/F Unit 3 Global Building, Pryce Business Park, JP Laurel Avenue, Davao City. It’s designed to meet the growing needs of Davaoeños, as well as customers in nearby areas. Moving to the new location, along with improvement, the Brother Davao Office offers a 103-square meter space that enhances customer comfort and convenience. It now also includes a dedicated service center for repair, professional sales team to address inquiries, and a showroom showcasing a wide range of Brother Philippines’ products.

Brother Philippines held a grand opening event to unveil the new Brother Davao Office last October 8, 2024. The event brought together representatives from authorized dealers, service centers, key stakeholders, and loyal customers.

The opening of the revamped office follows the company’s opening of its improved office in Angeles, Pampanga in May 2024. These recent expansions underline their promise to continuously enhance its customer service and accessibility across key regions in the country.

The Davao Extension Office, along with the Brother Concept Store in Gaisano Mall – Davao, have a Green Project Box where customers can dispose of their empty Brother ink tank bottles. With these boxes, the company aims to reduce the demand for new production and minimize environmental impact. The Green Project Program also supports the United Nation’s Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), specifically Goal 12 (Responsible Consumption and Production) and Goal 13 (Climate Action).
