The Home of Nokia phones, HMD Global, recently announced that the Nokia 5.1 Plus will be getting the latest Android operating System, the Android 9 Pie.
With the 5.1 Plus getting the Pie treatment, Nokia now has a total of 8 smartphones that now runs on the latest Android operating system. The update features a predictive system navigation that constantly adjusts and anticipates the needs of the users. Pie also include App Actions, and Digital Wellbeing that’s a brand-new feature exclusive to Android One devices and Google Pixel phones.

- App Timers – Sets time limits on app usage.
- Wind Down and Do Not Disturb – Allows you to set a daily schedule to get your phone ready for bed. Wind Down fades your screen to Grayscale while Do Not Disturb silences notifications for a restful sleep. You can activate Do Not Disturb anytime you want to disconnect.
