How to Switch to the New Metrobank App

Metrobank will transition to a new app and will no longer use the old Metrobank Mobile app. Here’s how to switch to the new Metrobank app.

Starting February 13, 2024, the old app will be permanently available. There is no need to worry on how to switch to the new Metrobank app. If you are a current Metrobank Online or old Metrobank Mobile App user, you can easily log in to the new app using your existing details.

To have instant access to your funds, do the following:

1. Download the new Metrobank App on Google Play Store, Apple App Store, or the Huawei AppGallery.
2. Log in directly on the new app using your existing username and password. No need to sign up.

If you forgot your password, here’s how you can quickly change it on the new app:

1. On the login screen, tap “Recover Access”.
2. Tap “I forgot my password”.
3. Select where you would like to receive the verification code and tap “Proceed”.
4. Enter your email address or mobile number, depending on the channel you selected.
5. Enter your passcode, as well as the verification code you receive.
6. Create your new password.

Once you have created a new password, you can use your updated details to log in to the new app.
